All orders are eligible for cancellation when they are in packed/shipped status or as long as the cancellation option is available.

Orders are eligible within 7 days of delivery.

  • Buy 2 Get 1 Free: Non-returnable. Only size exchange allowed.
  • Other offers may have separate return conditions.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Can I Return or Exchange the ordered products?

Returns/exchanges allowed within 7 days.

Pickup: Available in most locations.

Self-Ship: Cost reimbursed in wallet after approval.

Exchange only for size.

Will my product be picked up?

Pickup in 4–7 days. Warehouse delivery up to 15 days.

Why did my pickup fail?

2 attempts are made. If both fail, request is cancelled.

How will my refund be credited?

Prepaid: Original payment method

COD: Bank transfer

Processed after QC. Shipping not refunded.

When will I get my refund?

1–3 working days after refund initiation.
